I have taught at Hotel Leone once before. And Kenz was with me. This time, we are mother and daughter teaching together!

Let me tell you about the place. It is a lovely boutique hotel that has been BEAUTIFULLY renovated by the most charming British couple, Madeline and Tim. Madeline takes care of EVERY DETAIL. The property has a view of the Italian countryside that is SO INSPIRING. And the rooms are SO CHARMING and COZY!!

And Tim is our chef. Every morning , we received a What’s App message listing the dinner course choices. We could choose what we wanted and 1/2 course or full course. The food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE… breakfast, lunch and dinner!!

We will head out to a couple of excursions. Last time, Tim drove the bus and gave the most hilarious “Tim Talks” on the way about the area and their experiences living in Italy. This time, we will experience authentic pasta making from a lovely local woman and a trip to a neighboring village.

In the studio, Kenzie and I have LOTS of SUPER FUN exercises up our sleeves. We both LOVE to work in our art and travel journals. We will share all the ways we capture memories and the things we are drawn to.

The most BEAUTIFUL part is the gatherings for meals, the adventures and the creative time. I can still hear the laughter. Stories are shared and bonds are formed. It is our most FAVORITE gift from these gatherings of kindreds.
